I wasn't talking about Hayes, I was talking about the other 2 players no team wants. If dumping crappy players who are overpriced were easy, every team would be doing it.

You know for sure that it is going to increase ? There is no guarantee that it is going up or by how much. Some teams are having trouble hitting the cap floor as it is.
